Shipping Policy

Shipping Method & Carrier
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified or agreed.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order fulfillment (i.e., preparation, packaging, quality checks).

Delivery Time

Once shipped, UPS Ground typically delivers within 2–5 business days (depending on destination).
Transit time does not include order processing or delays due to customs (if applicable) or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are a flat $10 fee per order, with no minimum or maximum.
Promotional free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly communicated on the site and during checkout.

Tracking & Notification
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your UPS tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipment Issues / Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
We will coordinate with UPS to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund (at our discretion).
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or damage caused by the carrier, weather, or other force majeure events.

Return & Refund Policy

If you believe there was a fulfillment error (e.g., wrong item, quantity, or damage on delivery), please contact us immediately (see below) so we can address it.

Eligible Returns

For items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging, we may accept returns under the following terms:

Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery (unless otherwise posted).
The item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of our error.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your return; we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item.

Refunds / Credits

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, etc.).
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your card issuer).
If the returned item is in unsatisfactory condition or missing parts, we may deduct a restocking fee or refuse the refund.

Exchanges

If your return is approved and you’d prefer an exchange (same item, different size, etc.), we will ship the replacement once your return is received and inspected. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs, depending on the case.

Sale, Clearance & Promotional Items

Sale or clearance items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee. Check any item-specific policy or reach out to us for clarification before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue

Contact our Customer Service team at info@thecompoundinglabpharmacy.co with your order number, date of purchase, item details, and reason for return or issue.
After we review, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect, we will notify you of approval and process the refund or replacement.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Additional Terms & Disclaimers

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable laws (e.g. certain consumer protection laws).
We may update or modify this policy at any time; changes will take effect once posted on our website.
In the event of conflict between this policy and local/state/federal laws, applicable law will prevail.
